Wimbledon Audi 10k Withdrawal Policy
If you have to withdraw from the Wimbledon Audi 10k, this is our Withdrawal Policy:
From the moment we begin to organise the Wimbledon Audi 10k, we also begin to incur costs. Your entry fee is invested into the cost of running the event – everything from toilets to printing race numbers. If for some unforseen circumstances we don’t run the Wimbledon Audi 10k, then we will refund your money.
We understand that circumstances may arise when you are unable to compete in the Wimbledon Audi 10k. We regret to inform you that if this is the case, we will not be able to provide a refund. This is because we incur costs in organising the event and the costs remain even if you are unable to compete.
However, if you do withdraw from the event with sufficient notice we may be able to give you a percentage of your entry fee to use for a future race in the form of credit.
Race entries are NOT transferable.
Credits will be issued after notification is given in the form of a confirmation email as follows:
• Notification given 8 weeks or more before the event – 50% credit
• Notification given 4 weeks to 8 weeks before event – 20% credit
• Notification given less than 4 weeks before event – nil credit
Please email marlokinnear@yahoo.co.uk with WITHDRAWAL as the subject. You will then receive an email confirming your withdrawl and credit if applicable. You will be required to present this email to the race organiser when entering a future race. (WE WILL NOT HAVE A RECORD OF THESE CREDITS AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE A CREDIT NOTE WITHOUT YOUR WITHDRAWL CONFIRMATION EMAIL)
